Before you book

What are your hours?

Regular hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Appointments before 10 AM or after 6 PM are available by request for an extra $80.

Do I need a deposit to book?

Yes. Regular appointments need a 30% deposit. Bridal bookings and custom wigs need a 50% non-refundable deposit, and for custom wigs it's paid before hair is purchased or construction starts. The minimum deposit is $50 at Keke's home studio and $100 for mobile appointments. Keke sends deposit details on WhatsApp, and your spot is confirmed once it's received.

What's the difference between the Signature Install and the Quick Glue-Down?

The Signature Install is the full service: wig cleansing when needed, braid-down, scalp oiling, lace prep, install, melt, and styling. The Quick Glue-Down is for hair that's already clean, dry, flat, and ready, with no wash or braid-down.

How does the free First Refresh work?

If you had an install with Keke, your first refresh within 7 days of that appointment is complimentary: lace re-melt, light cleanup, baby-hair refresh, and styling.

How do I get a free install with my wig?

Buy a ready-to-wear wig of $500 or more directly from Keke and your Signature Lace Front Install ($150 value) is free. Book the install when you buy the wig and use it within 14 days. Colouring, repairs, bleaching, and advanced styling cost extra.

Can I bring my own wig?

Absolutely. Bring your own unit for an install, coloring, or renew. Mention it in your booking notes so Keke can prep.

When do I drop off my wig for a wedding?

At least 7 days before the wedding if it needs customizing, washing, bleaching, or plucking. A bridal trial is the best way to lock in lace colour, placement, and style ahead of the day.

What if I need to reschedule?

Message Keke on WhatsApp as early as you can so she can move your spot.
